The police have formally charged the Executive Chairman of the Tobinco Pharmaceuticals Company Limited, Samuel Tobin for obstructing police officers from performing their lawful duties. Three suspected armed robbers were on Sunday night shot and killed in a shoot-out with the Police at East Cantonments in Accra. The robbers, numbering four, were said to have attempted to rob a house in the area, but the timely intervention of the police thwarted their efforts.
